ARchitect Vision, LLC ("AR|chitect," "we," "us") runs this website. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
The AR|chitect app isn't available yet, so this policy covers the website only. Before the app launches, we'll publish an updated policy that covers the app.
What we collect
Email sign-ups: Your email address and name when you sign up for updates.
Contributions: When you contribute on our campaign page, your payment is handled by Squarespace. We receive your name, email, contribution amount, and date. We don't receive or store your full card number.
Messages: Your name, email, and message when you contact us.
Basic site data: Squarespace, our website platform, may collect your IP address, browser type, device type, and which pages you visit, using cookies and similar technologies.
Affiliate link activity: Some pages may link to products sold by our retail partners. When you click one of these links, the retailer and the affiliate network that manages it (such as Rakuten Advertising) may use cookies or similar technologies to record that you came from AR|chitect and whether you made a purchase.

We don't run targeted advertising with your information.
Affiliate links
We partner with retailers through affiliate programs. If you buy something after clicking one of our links, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Retailers set their own prices and policies, and your purchase is between you and the retailer.
Cookies and tracking
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We and our partners use them to keep the site working, understand how it's used, and track referrals from affiliate links. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, but affiliate tracking will not.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information for money. We share information only with:
Service providers who help us run the website and process payments, such as Squarespace
Retail partners and affiliate networks, such as Rakuten Advertising, when you click an affiliate link, so they can track referrals and pay commissions
Authorities, when the law requires it
Some state privacy laws define "selling" or "sharing" broadly. To the extent our affiliate tracking falls under those definitions, you can opt out as described below.

See, correct, or delete the information we have about you by emailing visionary@studio-architect.com.
Opt out of tracking by blocking cookies in your browser or emailing us.
Depending on where you live, such as California, you may have additional privacy rights. We won't treat you differently for using them. We'll respond as soon as we reasonably can. We may need to keep some records, such as contribution records, where the law requires it.
Other websites
When you click a link to a retailer's site, their privacy policy applies to anything you do there.
How long we keep it
We keep sign-up information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We keep contribution records as long as tax, accounting, and legal rules require.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Where your information goes
We're based in the United States, and your information is processed here. If you visit from another country, it will be transferred to the U.S.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with an updated date.
