These terms cover your use of the AR|chitect website, run by ARchitect Vision, LLC ("AR|chitect," "we," "us"). By using the website, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The AR|chitect app isn't available yet. These terms cover the website, including contributions made through it. When the app launches, we'll publish updated terms that cover it.

1. Using the website

You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don't:

• Use it for anything unlawful or harmful

• Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute our content or software without permission

• Use bots or other automated tools to access it

2. What the website describes

The website describes what we're building and our plans for the future, including product features and our philanthropic plans. These are statements of our current intentions, not promises or guarantees. Plans can change, and features may be different, delayed, or dropped. Nothing on the website is an offer to sell a product.

3. Contributions

• Contributions help fund the development of AR|chitect.

• A contribution is not a purchase of a product or service, a donation to a charity, or an investment. It doesn't give you ownership, equity, or a right to any profits.

• A contribution doesn't guarantee any specific feature, early access, reward, or launch date. We'll share updates as we build.

• Contributions are not tax-deductible.

• Payments are handled by Squarespace and are subject to its terms. You must be at least 18 and use your own payment method.

4. Shopping links and retail partners

• We don't sell products. Some pages may link to products sold by our retail partners. Any purchase you make is between you and the retailer, including payment, shipping, returns, and warranties.

• Affiliate links: We may earn a commission when you buy through our links, at no extra cost to you.

• Product information: Prices, availability, dimensions, and other details come from retailers and can change. We do our best to keep them accurate, but please confirm the details on the retailer's site before you buy.

• Design ideas are for inspiration: Any room ideas or product suggestions on the website are meant as a starting point, not a guarantee of fit or suitability for your space.

5. Messages and feedback

If you send us a message, idea, or feedback, you give us permission to use it to run and improve AR|chitect, without owing you anything for it. We won't publish your name or message without asking you first.

6. Intellectual property

The content, names, logos, and materials on this website are owned by us or licensed to us. Please don't use them without our written permission. Product names, brand names, and logos of our retail partners belong to their respective owners, and showing them here doesn't mean those brands endorse AR|chitect.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

8. Disclaimers and limits of liability

The website is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the website, for errors or inaccuracies in its content, or for products you buy from retailers. Nothing here limits any right the law doesn't let us limit.

9. Ending access

We may suspend or end your access to the website if we believe you've violated these terms or misused the site.

10. Third-party links

The website may link to other sites, including retailer sites. We aren't responsible for their content, products, privacy practices, or terms.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Virginia. Dispute resolution details pending.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with an updated date.
